This document lists the standard terms and conditions under which we contract for goods and services. This version applies to all contracts entered into from the Effective Date of this version, until it is superseded.  In most cases, the terms and conditions in your specific contract for sale, quotation, statement of work or license agreement take precedence over these terms.
